Lyndsey has substantial experience in project management and transportation policy. She has worked on multiple cross-sector partnerships with government agencies, non-profit and community-based organizations, and private firms. Her professional background spans transportation, participatory land use planning, affordable housing, and park access. She brings three years of experience in project management, public policy, and community engagement. Lyndsey has worked with government agencies throughout the City and County of Los Angeles, focusing on intergovernmental, stakeholder, and community relations. More specifically, she has worked on several projects in South LA communities. As Project Manager for The Robert Group, she focuses on many of its community outreach and public infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining TRG, Lyndsey served as Policy Director at the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition, where she was deeply involved in shaping their advocacy efforts to make streets safer and more equitable for all road users. She also oversaw innovative planning initiatives, including a Caltrans Sustainable Planning Grant called Active Streets Los Angeles, which involved deep community engagement strategies to include residents in planning their neighborhood streets. In addition, she has spent some time in the public sector with the Southern California Association of Governments, and in healthcare with Kaiser Permanente.
