Marina Kay is a Project Manager for The Robert Group assigned to outreach and community engagement with a focus on the concentration of development in Inglewood and surrounding areas. Currently, Marina is working on the LA Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park Community Engagement Team, Proposed Clippers Arena Project, Century Boulevard Mobility Project, Metro Purple Line First/Last Mile Planning Project, City of Beverly Hills North Portal Project, City of West Hollywood Crenshaw-LAX Norther Extension Line Project, Olive View Medical Center Master Plan, and also supports TRG in service of other local city government and transit project related projects.
Marina combines her knowledge of and experience in local government with her expertise in communications and digital media to devise actionable, results-driven strategies. Marina oversees TRG’s digital platforms including the website, email newsletters and social media platforms to ensure company-wide brand consistency. She has also worked with County and City of Los Angeles departments to manage outreach efforts, which has included identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders, crafting tailored messaging, overseeing email marketing, and maintaining a presence on social media.
Prior to joining The Robert Group, Marina worked as a marketing specialist at TigerHead Toys Ltd, a well-known toy company in Spain. Marina was responsible for developing social media content, slogans, and TV commercial scripts and jingles for toy brands. She also worked as a Project Support specialist and communications assistant at the USC Shoah Foundation in Los Angeles, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making audio-visual interviews with survivors and witnesses of the Holocaust and other genocides.
