Nicole Ross is a Project Manager for The Robert Group assigned to outreach and community engagement with a particular focus on the concentration of development in Inglewood and surrounding areas. Currently, Nicole is working on the LA Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park Community Engagement Team, the Century Boulevard Mobility Project, the Inglewood First Last Mile Planning Project and supports TRG in service of other transportation clients. In addition, Nicole lends her 20 years’ of marketing expertise in managing internal branding and strategic business development for The Robert Group.
Prior to joining The Robert Groups, Nicole worked as a freelance business writer, drafting content for a range of clients in education, cosmetics, communications, healthcare and government. In addition, Nicole served for 10 years as Director of Marketing & Multicultural Affairs for the Greater Philadelphia Film Office. In that role, she was integral in every facet of program development for the film commission’s community outreach arm, Greater Philadelphia Filmmakers.
Also, while at the GPFO, Nicole completed a one-year fellowship with the Environmental Leadership Program and launched the Greater Philadelphia Greener S.E.T.S. Guide (Setting. Entertainment. Towards. Sustainability.) in 2008, which was adopted as the national model for PGA-Green. A respected professional, Nicole was honored by a member of the Philadelphia City Council as a Top Leader Under 40.
Now a proud resident of Los Angeles, Nicole is excited to continue social impact work in the area. Recently, she joined the Board of Directors for People in Progress, a sober living home for adults in transition where she offers grant writing support. A dedicated mother, Nicole is committed to causes benefiting families, education, public policy and the environment.
