As a national historic monument, Los Angeles’ Union Station has long been a focal point not only for commuters, but also for tourists, photographers, historians, and film-makers. With a socially renewed interest by Angelenos in investing in and improving regional public transit, Metro purchased the iconic landmark in 2011. TRG led the community outreach and engagement process for this ambitious project, which seeks to create a world-class travel and tourist destination that is reflective of the rich history and uses of the site.
