Chris Robert has long had an interest in making the places where we live, learn, eat, entertain, play and love not just better communities, but also more available and accessible to those who truly value great spaces and seek to make more of them.
She is Founder and President of The Robert Group, a public affairs consulting firm specializing in community outreach, public education, legislative advocacy, and economic development. She has an extensive background in facilitating public engagement on large infrastructure projects, which is complemented by over 25 years of organizing community outreach and public education programs throughout California.
Chris holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Prior to founding The Robert Group, she served as Senior Administrative Analyst at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority and as a Deputy to former Los Angeles City Council Member Rita Walters. After graduating from USC with an undergraduate degree in Public Administration, Chris began her professional career as a Legislative Analyst on the Washington DC staff of the late Congressman Julian Dixon.
The only time she roots against her beloved Bears (Go Bears!) is once a year when they play her beloved Trojans (Fight On!).
