Clarissa Filgioun is Co-Founder and Strategic Counsel of The Robert Group. She began her career crafting business plans for large multi-national firms, including Anglo American, one of the world’s largest diversified mining and natural resource groups. While engaged in creating strategic plans for these businesses, she fostered an interest in how their practices would impact and influence the smaller communities they were a part of.
Additionally, as the daughter of a diplomat, Clarissa both travelled to and lived in several different countries during her formative years, including Greece, Scotland, England, Germany, and South Africa, before permanently residing in the United States. Through both business and personal experience, Clarissa has seen how engaged stakeholders, coming together, could create better outcomes for their communities.
She brings over 25 years of diverse experience in public education and community outreach to the firm, with the continual goal of providing strategic insights in public engagement opportunities for the betterment of both public and private projects.
