FAA Approves Stadium in Inglewood

The Federal Aviation Administration on Friday approved the $2.6-billion stadium the Rams and Chargers will share in Inglewood. The agency has been concerned about how the radar at nearby Los Angeles International Airport would interact with the stadium that will be the centerpiece of a 298-acre sports and entertainment complex. San Diego Chargers May Move to LA

When the NFL voted earlier this year to let the Rams relocate to Los Angeles, it also gave the San Diego Chargers the limited-time option to move north and share the Rams’ new Inglewood stadium. Unable to get a new stadium built in San Diego, ESPN reports it’s looking likely that, “barring a miracle,” the Chargers will take the opportunity to move to Los Angeles. Fossils Found During Purple Line Dig

Metro has been digging the Purple Line extension and, as they expected, they've made some pretty interesting discoveries. The latest came during work on the Wilshire/La Brea stop.
